Prof Keith Krause is Professor of International Relations at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Here he talks to Director of Voices from Oxford, Dr Sung Hee Kim. They discuss his career from Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University to expert on small arms violence.
