Jon Moynihan, Executive Chairman of PA Consulting and Alumnus of Balliol College, University of Oxford delivers a lecture entitled The Continuing Economic Decline of the West. The lecture was a part of Balliol College’s 750th Anniversary celebrations, and was held at Holywell Manor. Speaking in a personal capacity, he uses detailed and informative slides to outline his thesis that the west is in economic decline, whilst at the same time offering some solutions to stop or reverse this trend, such as the importance of education and infrastructure projects.
