Prof Peter Donnelly delivers a talk as part of the 750th anniversary celebrations of Balliol College, University of Oxford. Speaking at the Sheldonian Theatre, he addresses the topic of how the world might change over the next 75 years by puting foward the question of will there be a new world order? He does this by looking at the technological and scientific challenges which will have to be addressed in the 21st century.
