Prof Ngaire Woods, Dean at the Blavatnik School of Government is interviewed by Prof Colin Mayer from the Said Business School, both from the University of Oxford. They discuss the ways in which US economic policy can tend to favour perceived domestic requirements, rather than the needs of the international community, even though such policies can sometimes threaten US financial institutions. Prof Woods also outlines the vision of the Blavatnik School of Government and explains how it differs from similar schools across the world.
