Charles Conn, Warden of Rhodes House is interviewed by Prof Ngaire Woods, Dean of the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. They discuss the activities of Rhodes House and how outstanding graduates with leadership potential from around the world are selected. Following a recent visit to Chinese universities, Charles also describes how the University of Oxford and Rhodes House are viewed around the world. They also talk about some of the challenges leaders in the 21st century will face, and how their styles of leadership will have to adapt.
