Reinhard Wagner, President of the International Project Management Association (IPMA) speaks with Director of Voices from Oxford, Dr Sung Hee Kim. Reinhard defines the people of any organisation as the main key to the success of its projects, and mentions Korea’s Incheon Bridge and the Berlin Brandenburg Airport as examples of well and poorly run projects. They also talk about the IPMA, and its vital role in bringing together project management professionals from around the world, and its services which include education and training, certification and awards. The interview was filmed in Korea after the inaugural meeting of IPMA Korea.
